When this series began, it was 1926 when Elisa Sinclair recruited Sarah Rogers in Captain America: Steve Rogers #1; however, this issue mistakenly shows them as members of Hydra in 1922, which would mean Steven was just two years old; meanwhile, Captain America Vol 7 #2 places Joseph Rogers' death in 1926 as well.
