Quote1 Money. Is that all you people care about? You'll do whatever it takes to turn a buck, won't you? Why, next you'll be telling me that you're changing the color of the Hulk, making everyone into Skrulls and completely doing away with Spider-Man's ██████! All this just to sell a few more copies? ... Why isn't someone keeping an eye on you degenerates? Quote2

Synopsis for "Forbush Man: Forbush Kills!"

Years earlier, Red Skull bought Forbush Man from Aleksander Lukin. In the present, Forbush Man couldn't remember who he was or who he came from but kept dreaming of himself screaming the word "Forbush." Weeks later, he threatened Ed Brubaker and Jason Aaron at Elite Comics for making grim and gritty versions of childhood heroes and after shooting the latter, Matt Fraction gave him comics of Doctor America and the Golden Age Deadpool.

After realizing that Stephen Wacker was responsible for the comics, Forbush Man was convinced that he and his colleagues only cared about money and shot him, Brian Michael Bendis, and Matt Fraction. Then, Forbush Man declared that he was the one who could save Marvel Comics but panicked when he realized what Marvel had done to him, moments before he was shot by Ed Brubaker. However, he shortly came back as a zombie and chased the writer out of the store.

Solicit Synopsis

Steve Rogers has returned! In fact he was in such a hurry that he actually came back before the story was done! But, whatever, I'm sure no one even noticed. Anyway, Bucky Barnes is the current Captain America, and has come into his own in the role in a story Captain America editor Tom Brevoort calls "the greatest single marriage of words and pictures in the history of the English language. Suck it, rest of literature!" But will Bucky go back to being the Winter Soldier? Are there others in line? Who cares?! All we're interested in is who WON'T be holding that Vibranium laced hunk of junk and what major new Marvel event comic it leads into. Who won't wield the shield? It could be not YOU!!! (Featuring a special appearance by everybody's favorite underused character, Deadpool! At last, Deadpool! In a comic!)
