History

Robot Captain America was one of the robots built by Ultron after he became sentient and turned on humans. Ultron used Captain America's brainwaves for his A.I.

Ultron Revolution

RoboCap was part of Ultron's army when he decided to exterminate humans, starting with the Avengers Academy.

He was Ultron's first henchmen sent to attack the Academy. Due to having Captain America's personality it ended up being friendly and interacting in a cordial way with his friends, for the same reason he also had a strong sense of duty to the mission he was given, so he attacked the Avengers regardless of his friendliness towards them. He ended up defeated by the heroes and decommissioned from his mission by his creator.
