Synopsis for "Intermezzo, Part One of Two"

Steve has finished repairing and rebuilding the apartment building he owns when he is met by a woman calling herself Lyra. She tells him things that only he and a dead man could possibly know and asks him to come to an address at midnight and gives him a piece of paper. He decides to test how she's doing things and invites Sam over to watch a movie that will end too late for him to make the meet at midnight. Strangely, Sam gets a call that his security system has been set off and leaves, with 5 minutes to spare for Steve to leave on time. He does and finds the Front Door Cabaret, an almost magical place with singers and performance that seem to speak to his very soul. He is taken backstage where Lyra explains who she is, and that her brother is an incredible force of destruction, that destroyed the Pale City and is looking to wipe out all Change Agents, which Steve has been called a lot recently by Asmoday. He agrees to fight by Lyra's side when a horde of demons begins to attack.
