Synopsis for "The Falcon Fights On!"

Captain America, still trapped in the Red Skull's body, spends days training the Falcon in hand-to-hand combat. Once Cap is comfortable that the Falcon's ready, they set out to attack the Exiles. They fight well together and drive off the Exiles. Meanwhile, the Red Skull, who is enjoying the use of Captain America's body, gets a taste of what its like to be a super-hero celebrity.

Notes

  • AIM headquarters is shown to be on an unidentified island this issue. Some might conjecture that this is located on their later identified island headquarters of Boca Caliente.
  • John Romita Sr. drew Captain America's head for the cover and also did cover retouches.
  • Rick Jones story will continue in Captain Marvel #17.
  • This issue is reprinted in Essential Captain America 2.
