Synopsis for "The Yellow Claw Strikes"
The Yellow Claw, who resurfaced last issue, has taken his operation to New York City. Captain America soon battles his new sinister creations, Giant Tarantulas who are running amok in the city. After defeating and pushing back the spiders into the sewers from which they came, Steve follows them to the hideout of the Yellow Claw. At the hideout Captain America faces against the Yellow Claw engaging him in combat, one on one. Steve wins the battle, using his full "super strength" on the formidable Claw. After the Claw lay at his feet his form begins to shift and what was once the Yellow Claw is revealed to be an hallucination. Steve was not battling the Yellow Claw but severely beating his friend Nick Fury, who now lies at his feet. The Yellow Claw appears on a screen behind Captain America taunting him that he had just killed Nick Fury thanks to the powers of his mind... To Be Continued.
