Synopsis for "Shot in the Dark"

As Cap hallucinates, Jack 0' Lantern and Blackwing try to kill him. Red Skull watches the fight from his chalet and orders Mother Night to recruit them; she gets Cutthroat and leaves. Cap fights off Jack 0' Lantern and Blackwing through his hallucinations. When Blackwing tries to escape he finds they're trapped by a plastic force bubble; he and Jack head for the sewers to find another way out. Col. Jameson returns to Avengers Mansion, not knowing why he kissed Cap's girlfriend. Cap finally shakes off the hallucinogen's effects and looks for Blackwing and Jack 0' Lantern. Red Skuil uses his personal torture devices to flirt with Viper. Cap defeats Blackwing and Jack and calls Thor for a pick-up, but the villains are suddenly shot by Scourge. Cap attacks with Jack's hallucinogen bomb and learns Scourge is actually Mother Night. Jack and Blackwing escape, their death only an illusion. Cap is satisfied that he now knows the Skull is not dead. In an abandoned subway station, Crossbones begins to torture Rachel.
