He then gets out of the train car to see what is on the other cars, while Redwing goes scouting. He ambushes on Watchdog, but his victim shoots a hole in the car he was standing on, alerting the other Watchdogs to his escape. Falcon then makes his way to the engine, where he knocks out another Watchdog, before the engineer pleads innocence. The engineer, named Dave Price, explains that he was kidnapped and his family was threatened if he didn't help the Watchdogs in blowing up the Corporate Lobbyist conference. They can't stop the train because the brakes a re destroyed. However, Dave thinks that blowing up the conference is just a distraction for something much bigger.

Elsewhere, the Grand Director and Bucky disembark to a location where the former claims to be the place where he will rally other groups like the Watchdogs around him. The plan is to blow up Hoover Dam.
