Synopsis for "Galactus Unleashed"
Fantastic Four #122
Brief Summary:
Galactus returns and commands the Silver Surfer to become his herald once again or the Earth will perish. The Surfer refuses and he and the Fantastic Four attack. They are unable to overpower Galactus, but Reed reaches his ship and threatens to destroy it unless he leaves.
Detailed Summary:
Galactus returns to Earth and decrees that the world is doomed. Reed Richards reminds Galactus of his promise to spare the Earth. He acknowledges his promise and he vows to show mercy as long as the Silver Surfer becomes his herald one again. Although the Surfer is easily subdued by Galactus, he refuses to allow himself to be enslaved again and would rather continue living in exile. The Thing and the Torch attack Galactus and, while the world devourer is distracted by Johnny, Ben actually manages to topple the giant allowing the Surfer to break free. When the Thing tries to leap on Galactus, the powerful being uses his power to generate a wind that blows Ben, Reed, and Sue far away. While the Thing lands unscathed, Reed and Sue are rescued by the Surfer and Torch.
While the Fantastic Four regroups at Coney Island, the Surfer comes up with a plan. He reveals to them that Galactus ship is his weakness and he plans to reach it and take it over. However, when the Surfer flies up into space, he soon strikes the barrier that is keeping him exiled on Earth. He realizes then that Galactus purposely left the ship just out of the reach of his former herald.
Meanwhile, Galactus has followed the Fantastic Four to the amusement part and begins attacking them again. The Torch decides to try and keep Galactus at bay by creating flame duplicates of himself. While Galactus is occupied, Ben smashes a Ferris wheel on their foe. Galactus throws the broken Ferris wheel back at the Thing, while the Surfer swoops in to help with the attack. While the others free Ben from the rubble, the Surfer is blasted back by Galactus. Johnny helps the Surfer and misses the sudden departure of Reed and Sue from the scene of the battle. While Johnny resumes his battle with Galactus, Reed and Sue race across town to the Baxter Building. There they launch a rocket into space in order to reach Galactus' ship. While Sue pilots the rocket, Reed goes out into space. When he first tries to board the ship Galactus came in, he is rebuffed by some kind of force field. After being saved by one of Sue's invisible force-fields, Reed manages to penetrate the field. Inside the massive ship, Reed goes to the controls and begins manipulating them in what he believes will be the only way to save the universe from Galactus.
Back on Earth the Torch's flame is snuffed out by Galactus, who threatens to destroy the Earth if the Silver Surfer continues to refuse his commands. Before the Surfer can answer, Reed radios Galactus from his ship threatening to destroy it and leave Galactus stranded on Earth forever.

Synopsis for "Dark Moon Rise, Hell-Hound Kill!"
Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD #3
Nick Fury has responded to a personal call from one of his World War II soldiers, Ken Astor; however, by the time Fury arrives at the mysterious Castle Ravenlock in Scotland, Ken has been killed by a ghostly "Hell-Hound" that lurks the grounds at night.
The dark mansion is joined by three psychic investigators: Mycroft, Countess Caution, and a young girl named Rachel. Rachel is especially sensitive to psychic phenomenon and other things unseen, as ironically, Rachel is blind. After several surreal encounters, Fury determines that the haunting of Castle Ravenlock is a ruse.
Mycroft is actually Miles von Croff, an escaped Nazi who had placed an underground submarine station at Ravenlock during World War II who partnered with the lord of the manor, Sir Gavin Ravenlock, before turning the "Hell-Hound" upon him too to throw off suspicions.
Wycroft is then accidentally slain by the Hell-Hound while fleeing from a skirmish with Fury; and in a strange twist of fate, young Rachel is determined to be the groundskeeper's, Angus MacGregor's, niece.

Synopsis for "The Tomorrow War!"
Marvel Team-Up #9
The people of Manhattan are in for a shock when Avengers Mansion begins to shake violently and briefly blink out of existence. Arriving on the scene is Iron Man, who tries to get into the mansion to see what is causing this situation. Unfortunately, there is some kind of barrier that is preventing him from entering the mansion. At that moment, Peter Parker is watching the situation unfold on television and debates going to help as Spider-Man. His mind is made up when his roommate, Harry Osborn, yells at him for having the television up too loud and slams the door. Soon, Spider-Man arrives at Avengers Mansion. Just as Iron Man is telling Spider-Man that he can handle this on his own when suddenly a portal opens through the barrier.
The pair jumps through and they end up falling into another dimension, a strange world where highly advanced ships dogfighting above them. When Iron Man flies up to try and stop the battle from continuing, one of the ships catches the armored Avenger in a tractor beam. The ship then lands and from it emerges Zarrko the Tomorrow Man. He tells the two heroes that they have a mutual enemy that they must stop and invites them aboard his ship. He then flies through the time barrier to the 23rd Century. He explains that his era was invaded by their mutual foe due to the fact that his era is defenseless. He flies them over a facility where the Avengers are being held captive. Spider-Man and Iron Man then leap out to the ground below and engage the guards standing outside. They easily get past the guards and defenses until they are attacked by a massive cyborg. During the cyborgs opening salvo, Iron Man's power source is damaged. Spider-Man quickly incapacitates the cyborg while Iron Man reroutes his circuits to restore full power.
Meanwhile, outside, Zarrko lands his ship as the time storm that prevented him from entering has dissipated enough to let him enter the fortress himself. With his plan succeeding, Zarrko believes that he is on the cusp of ruling all time. Elsewhere in the facility, Spider-Man and Iron Man have found the room where the Avengers are being held in stasis. They also discover that their foe is none other than Kang the Conqueror. The evil time traveller blasts both heroes with a bolt of energy that knocks them out. However, before Kang can deal with them, Zarrko arrives hoping to take control of Kang's plot to take over the present.
