| Scarlet Witch | As some of you are surely aware, I have not always been the best friend to Carol Danvers. I have made mistakes with her that I can never take back, and that lesser people never could have forgiven me for. But I have never doubted her ability to be a hero or the trueness of her heart, her intentions. She is a force to be reckoned with, and maybe instead of being so worried about how powerful she has become, we should be grateful that we have such a hero on our side. So, yes. I trust her. She's one of the best of us, and she will die on her feet tryin to save just one more person. Of that I have no doubt. |

While Captain Marvel has managed to break free from her magical prison, she hasn't broken free of Enchantress's rage and thus finds an even worse problem waiting for her in New York.
