History

Captain Neat'o joined Professor Echs's Obscurity Legion as the team trainer. Professor Echs happened to be writer Scott Lobdell, and his idea for a series on Obscurity Legion was disliked by editor Tom DeFalco. The Obscurity Legion eventually dissolved because it all had been a hoax, an imaginary story and a dream sequence, orchestrated by the What-iffer.
