History
Carl Nussbaumer was an officer in the N.Y.P.D. who used his position to secretly murder drug dealers and other criminals for their product and money. For this reason, he was blackmailed by Erik Gelden and though Nussbaumer paid him off, he never learned his identity. Eventually Gelden led Trish Walker to learn about Nussbaumer and in an attempt to expose him Walker accidentially killed him.[1]
