This was an alternate future version of Cable. Near his deathbed, he sat near a phone aboard Skidbladnir at the edge of time.[4] He agreed for his past self to visit him after learning that Stryfe was trying to change the timeline. Past Cable brought 2017 AD Deadpool with him and Wade ended up killing Cable. He then cut out his heart, with the rest of his body being teleported into the Sun.[5] Deadpool gave Stryfe Nathan's heart, with his past self theorizing he'd make clones from it.[6]

In an alternate timeline, Cable and Deadpool decided to travel back in time to 2016 AD and confront Stryfe. Unfortunately, it was a trap and Stryfe unleashed dinosaurs and vampires onto New York City. The U.S. Air Force ended up dropping a nuclear bomb on the city. Cable was able to open a portal to 2017 AD and warned his past counterpart not to do the time jump. The explosion killed Nathan; his corpse landed in the future and past Deadpool disposed of the body.[7]

The kid accidentally walked in on some criminals and Rogers attempted to rescue the child, but was killed in the process. This reality was seemingly shown or generated to Captain America of the Prime Marvel Universe when he was fighting the Red Skull for the Cosmic Cube.[16]
