History
Carol Danvers' history was identical to that of her Earth-199999 counterpart until Janet Van Dyne was infected by a virus from the Quantum Realm. Janet infected her husband Hank Pym when he tried to take her out of the Quantum Realm which resulted in the spread of the virus around the world. Captain Marvel returned to Earth and was exposed to the Quantum Virus, which turned her into a powerful zombie with cosmic powers.
Around 2018 to 2023, Captain Marvel faced Ikaris, ending up very evenly matched and unable to emerge victorious over the other, the place where they fought was baptized as the Valley of the Broken Gods. Kamala Khan, Kate Bishop, and Riri Williams took the Valley of the Broken Gods as a shortcut, unaware that Captain Marvel was battling Ikaris. This caused Carol to notice them and decide to kill them, but Ikaris constantly stopped her. Despite this, Carol managed to pulverize Kate and then attempted to pursue Kamala until Blade managed to rescue her, getting far enough away for Carol to lose sight of them. Unable to find them, the zombified Captain Marvel resumed her fight against Ikaris.[1]Attributes
