1968, November

Covers this month for Amazing Spider-Man and Fantastic Four have a blurb at the bottom for retailers to see a "special display allowance plan" on page 32. The page reveals that retailers will receieve a 10% payment for all Marvel comics sold (For a regular comic, that would be 1.2 cents per comic sold).
