Illusions

Characters with (or items that grants their wielders) the power to cast illusions and cause the target to perceive things differently from what they truly are and/or perceive things that aren't actually exist
Applications of this powers vary. Some wielders can cause uncontrollable hallucinations, others may only create illusions by manifesting target's specific emotion(s), for example, their greatest fears, desires, etc. And some are capable of creating elaborate illusory worlds and can fully control that their victim would see and experience.
