Size Decrease

Characters with (or items that grants their wielders) the power to decrease in size compared to their original size
In most cases wielders of this power can freely return back to their original size, but some of them may be unable to do so.
Doesn't include characters who can increase their size and then decrease it back to original, but can't decrease it further and become smaller than they originally were.
