I would think that Raven Darkholme would belong on this page since Ze has lived for extended periods of time as a man even though Ze is almost always present as female in modern books. Dyionisiac (talk) 02:51, June 27, 2014 (UTC)Dyionisiac
- thats a good point, although im not sure about the wiki's policy on interpretations without anything specifically backing it up. for example, i argued that xavin is genderfluid because there were scenes in runaways where xavin expressed an identity that was at odds with not just a gender binary, but with only having one gender. while im not saying one needs evidence to interpret raven in this way, i think it might be required for the wiki, since the goal is to collect all known information, not always interpretations and opinions. however, i could be wrong about that. hopefully someone more experienced could help with that.Grimdominatrix (talk) 21:26, June 27, 2014 (UTC)
- at the least, maybe something could be added in trivia such as "some readers interpret raven this way", or something to that effect.Grimdominatrix (talk) 21:27, June 27, 2014 (UTC)
- likewise, i heard that greg rucka wanted to retcon raven as being a trans woman before her powers manifested, so she chose her female form deliberately. but similarly, because the story was turned down and never published, so i dont think it should be added to her page. (it might make an interesting trivia bit, though, if i can remember where i read that.) more on topic, though, i really dont know. as far as i know, there arent any outright indications that raven identifies as anything but female, and since this is a wiki, it's basically all confirmed facts, very little speculation. sorry, dyonisiac, it's a cool interpretation.
