History

Rather than a location, the Far Realms, also known as the Celestial Concordance, are closer to the idea of a place. It was composed of concept and consciousness rather than things and people, according to Ian McNee.

By passing the destruction and death of the Dark Dimensions, the physical was utterly stripped away, allowing the higher consciousness remaining to travel in the Far Realms, though very few had ever visited them. Consequently, little was known about these planes.[1]

It contained (in order following McNee's indications to travel easier through the planes[2] and a poster he found in a shop in Omaha),[3] Mindscape (Sleepwalker's realm,[2] the Realm of Dream,[3] also stated to be part of the Inner Planes)[4] the realms of Munnipor (and its Moons), Cinnibus (and its Suns), and the Well Beyond the Worlds,[2] a "fabled place linked to the very core of magic.[5]

Residents

It was composed of concept and consciousness rather than things and people,[1] though the dimensions within include a few known beings, including the Sleepwalkers (in the Mindscape),[2] the manifestations of Munnipor (maiden, mother, beldam; on the Moons of Munnipor), and the Seven Sons of Cinnibus (on Cinnibus).[1]
