History

Shortly after being elected President of the United States, Over-Mind-controlled Kyle Richmond announced on television that the F.B.I. and CIA had uncovered a conspiracy by a foreign power to overthrow their government from within. This resulted in the arrests of thousands of people after introducing martial law.
