History
Cepul was one of the Sentimault refugees in Torfa who secretly extracted Vibranium for the Spartax Empire,[1] a process which polluted the atmosphere of the planet and caused illness.[2] Cepul tried to convince the other refugees to evacuate the planet, as J'son was already pressuring them to do so.[3]
Their secret was later discovered by Captain Marvel, and Cepul was incarcerated.[1]
