Barbara was the secretary of Wilson Fisk, who warned him that the heads of the health department and the dock workers' union waited to see him and that there was also a fruit basket given to him by the police commissioner's office.[2]
Bobby was a police detective who confronted Nick Fury at the morgue in front of the Punisher corpse, not knowing who Fury was. Fury kicked him out of the morgue and while he was resisting his request, a colleague of Bobby's advised him not to turn against him, as Fury was not a man to hold it against him.[4]
A Tennessee drug dealing family led by Uncle Carl clashed with the Punisher, who killed Uncle Carl, but the rest of his family managed to capture him.[5]
Dee was a prisoner serving his sentence in the same prison where the Punisher was incarcerated. Together with other inmates they tried to kill Frank by exploiting the fact that he was seriously injured but when they arrived at his cell Dee was afraid that the Punisher was pretending to wait for them to approach him and then kill them all and then gave up their intent.[10]
Lieutenant Delfino was an officer of the French Army stationed in the Fort in Son Chau. He welcomed Major Lallement who had taken over the command of the fort from Colonel Pouyer. Lallement asked the Lieutenant for a report who told him that the situation was extremely difficult.[11]
After Fury had Hatherly rescued, even though he didn't want to, Lallement congratulated him and told him that if he could, he would do the same with the young Delfino.[12]
Dingo was of the members of John James Toomey's gang, who made a deal with the Punisher to get to this boss, only to be killed by the Punisher too.[13]
Dorsey was a member of a Tennessee drug dealing family who clashed with the Punisher, killing the head of the family and beating Dorsey, knocking him unconscious. When he awoke, he discovered that the other family members had captured the Punisher, and Dorsey clashed with his nephew Gary, who wanted to capitalize on the situation by turning the Punisher in for money, while Dorsey wanted to kill him. The conflict ended tragically when Gary shot and killed Dorsey.[5]
Elgen was a Special Forces agent who accompanied Nick Fury and George Hatherly to Cuba with the task of eliminating Fidel Castro.[15]
Captured along with Fury and Hatherly following the failed assassination attempt on Castro, Elgen was killed by being thrown into the sea and devoured by sharks.[16]
Fabian was a Cuban soldier who was killed by Elgen, the Special Forces soldier accompanying Nick Fury to Cuba, while attempting to escape a Cuban roadblock.[15]
Flo was a prostitute with whom Frank Castle had paid sex. At the end of the sexual intercourse, Flo prodded Frank by telling him to affirm that he had had the best sex with her but Frank replied no in a dry and peremptory way.[18]
New Zealander Specialist Foss was an ex-paratrooper with a solid infantry background, who spent some time in the U.K. on an exchange tour with their special boat squadron.[19] He joined Nick Fury on the Napoleon Island operation.[20] He was eventually killed by Rudi Gagarin's soldiers.[21]

Gary wanted to capitalize on the situation by turning the Punisher in for money, but clashed with his uncle Dorsey and cousin Randy, who wanted to kill him instead. The confrontation ended tragically with Gary killing Dorsey and Randy killing Gary.[5]
Harvey was the member of a Tennessee drug dealing family who clashed with the Punisher, killing the head of the family, but the other members then managed to capture the Punisher. Later, when the Punisher was freed by the youngest member of the family, despite being seriously wounded, he still managed to fight and shoot Harvey, killing him.[5]
Jimmy was a henchman of the mob boss Don Margello. While Don Margello was proposing to Frank Castle to carry out a murder for him, Jimmy was addressing him with an opinionated and violent manner despite Don Margello scolding him not to incite Frank. After the last provocation against Frank, the latter hit him with a head and broke his nose.[28]
Major Lallement was the commander of the 1st Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment of the French Army. He met with Colonel Nick Fury of the CIA and explained the problems they were facing in Indochina, confirming that if the Communists won in Indochina, Laos and Cambodia would follow.[11]
During the final assault by the Viet Minh, Lallement was killed and his head was displayed on a pole by the roadside.[12]
Don Margello was a mobster boss whose life Frank Castle saved in an ambush attempt by a rival mob in the room where Frank worked. After the rescue Don Margello gave Frank a lot of money and offered him a job.[33]
Don Margello proposed to Frank that he kill rival boss Francesco Drago, but Frank initially refused. He later pretended to accept but intended to kill Don Margello himself, but thanks to Fury's intervention, he avoided carrying out the murder himself while Don Margello and his men were eliminated by Fury's men.[28]
Mary was the wife of the underworld hitman who convinced him to change his life into a pious and religious man called Mennonite. After Mary fell ill with a debilitating and terminal illness, Mennonite agreed to perform one last assignment, namely the elimination of the Punisher.[34]
McElhaney was a guard officer in the prison where the Punisher was incarcerated. He was stabbed in the genitals by the inmate named Big Jesus in order to be transferred to the solitary ward where the Punisher was being held so that he could get close to him and take revenge.[36]
Colonel Pouyer was the former commander of the Fort in Son Chau, which Major Lallement had taken over. When Lallement arrived at the Fort, he asked for the Colonel but was told that he had already left the day before without even waiting for him to be relieved.[11]
Randy was the youngest member of a Tennessee drug dealing family who clashed with the Punisher, killing the head of the family, but the other members then managed to capture the Punisher. Randy's cousin, Gary, wanted to capitalize by turning the Punisher in for money, but clashed with his uncle Dorsey and Randy, who wanted to kill him instead. Former Hauptsturmfuhrer of the 2nd S.S. Panzer Division Das Reich, Chief Sergeant Steinhoff, after the war, found a place only within the Foreign Legion. He fought to defend the French positions in Indochina against the Viet Minh Liberation Army. When Nick Fury told him that West Germany was about to form its own Army, Steinhoff replied that they would not accept him because he had killed too many Jews.[22]
During the final assault by the Viet Minh, Steinhoff was killed and his head was displayed on a pole by the roadside.[12]
Big Tam was a man who remained in Indochina even after the war ended. In a bar he met Shirley DeFabio, sat down next to the woman and made unwanted advances towards her before she beat him up.[11]
A colleague of Frank Castle's work in the slaughterhouse, who after pushing a colleague who was bothering him by making him fall into the grinder and causing him to lose his hand, was killed and hung on a meat hook.[41]
Sergeant Tin, of the Viet Minh Army, self-immolated in a terrorist act by blowing himself up inside the command bunker of Major Lallement of the French Army.[12]
The meat inspector at the slaughterhouse where Frank Castle had worked in the past. He was a person who abused workers and when he tried to take advantage of a female worker, she pushed him and he fell with his hand in the mincer and lost his hand, but returning after the injury had the girl killed by hanging her on a meat hook.[41]
After breaking out of prison, the Punisher went to the slaughterhouse where Todd was still abusing workers despite losing a hand, and there he pushed Todd's head into the grinder killing him.[14]
Victor was a collaborator of Jimmy Frisco who worked in his shop 3 days a week. When Jimmy pretended to go fishing he warned Victor that he would be missing all day and that he would be unreachable.[42]
Walter was a reporter who reported live from Queens that some citizens had rebelled against a gang that had terrorized the community for years by setting fire to the building where they lived and attacking them with sticks and hammers.[4]
A member of the Irish mob of the Westies who was about to break into the room where Frank Castle worked to carry out an ambush against members of a rival mob and to prevent them from becoming victims of the innocent, Frank decided to intervene by breaking Whitey's legs and killing the other two attackers.[33]
