When She-Hulk of the Prime Universe's comic writer "died", the editors of Marvel Comics began to pitch different ideas for the new style of her 616 comic series. However, the writer turned out not to be dead and attempted to pitch the new version of She-Hulk he wanted to write, Li'l She-Hulk: A child version of She-Hulk. Here, Invisible Girl was seen fighting Spragg.[6]

When She-Hulk of the Prime Universe's comic writer "died", the editors of Marvel Comics began to pitch different ideas for the new style of her 616 comic series. One of them included a version designed by Terry Austin where She-Hulk went around fighting both villains and heroes and knocked them out, including Iron Man.[6]

After recovering, he discovered the pair were working for President Eisenhower who wanted to create the perfect sandwich. Eisenhower attacked Iron Man and then escaped to the Moon and made his sandwich with Moon cheese while Iron Man watched.[18]

Iron Man was captured and brainwashed into working for Psycho Man's fear army and along with other members of the army was tasked with capturing Man-Thing. The only member of the army shown on Earth-616 was Frankenstein's Monster so the whereabouts and fate of Iron Man are unknown.[19]

This version of Tony Stark invented the Gamma Bomb and became Iron Hulk.[25] He was one of the numerous heroes from across different universes abducted by the Elders of the Universe to partake in the newest Contest of Champions for the ISO-Sphere in the Battlerealm. Fighting for The Astronomer, he was killed by Maestro who stole his Iron Hulk Armor for himself.[26]
