On his way to Castle Frankenstein, he ran into Frankenstein's Monster which the Leftenant attacked but was knocked out. Later, after recovering he found the monster chained up being held prisoner by the Colonel who was killing the prisoners and turning them into his mindless slaves using a Giant Spider. He fought the Colonel but was seemingly loosing when the chamber began flooding and the spider escaped. The Leftenant fled begging the Colonel to flee too instead of dying. [44] His fate after the castle crumbled is unknown.
