Charles Cameo is a former actor turned criminal. Along with his henchman, Brutus, he impersonates others (with full-sized costumes) and manages to steal things using them. He has impersonated: The prime minister[1], Peter Parker, Spider-Man, J. Jonah Jameson, Salvador Picasso (artist) and an art gallery manager.[2]
