Live from Gamma Base, Charles P. Irwin reported the news that the Hulk had turned himself in to authorities for treatment. Irwin wanted to interview the hero, and when Hulk became enraged, Irwin was taken to safety by Doc Samson.[1]
He reported live from outside the site of the New Populist Party's first national convention, where Captain America publicly announced that he couldn't be the party's candidate for President.[2]
