History
One summer, Charles decided to go to Sokovia and build sustainable housing for the less fortunate. Unfortunately, he was caught in the battle between the Avengers and Ultron. Charles was killed when a building fell on him.
The revelation of Charles' death to Tony Stark was one of the primary reasons he supported the Avengers operating under government oversight.[1]See Also
