History

Charlie was Roxanne Simpson's cousin; he tried to warn Roxanne and her husband Johnny that things in the Holly community were not as quiet as they seemed but immediately afterwards he was subjugated by the Sin-Eater and his soul was imprisoned by the Sin-Eater's master, Centurious. Holly's community, including Charlie's soul, was released thanks to the intervention of the Ghost Rider who defeated Centurious.
