History

Charlie was a stray cat that lived in the dump next to the home of Howard and Beverly and had particularly disliked Howard to attack him every time he saw him.

When Howard turned into an anthropomorphic mouse, Charlie tried to devour him without realizing that Howard was indeed a mouse but of gigantic size and that it was therefore he who suffered the consequences by being beaten by Howard.
