History

Radioactive Man tortured Captain America with Melter to obtain from him the entry code to Avengers Mansion to use the Avengers Skycraft to bombard the United Nations Headquarters, but Cap understood their plan and obtained the confirmation from Radioactive Man himself. At that point Cap freed himself and attacked the two villains, defeating Chen Lu; and the other villain was defeated by the Avengers when they attacked Masters of Evil's base.
