History

Chloe's husband was murdered and her daughter was taken from him by Trask Industries. She was turned into a Hound and addicted to the mutant drug Kick. He infiltrated as a spy for the Hounds in a group of mutant refugees who were hiding in a church. Esme Frost Frost warned John Proundstar and he saw that Chloe had the hounds tattoo. Chloe attacked everyone and John with the help of Eclipse and Blink was able to defeat her. She was taken to a cell in the refuge of the underground mutants. She was able to immobilize her on a table, Frost read her mind and knew what had happened to her. Caitlin Strucker tried to comfort her by assuring her that the culprits would be found and Chole closed her eyes and died.
