History
Chris Barret was a paranormal who developed special powers after the White Event. He had a rather unusual connection to a hubcap he found on the road, able to levitate and control its movements. Despite this rather minimal ability, he was drawn into the United States' paranormal regiment in the Armed Forces.[1]
