History
Kang is a time traveler with ties to ancient Egypt. He has the tendency to "go negative" after being defeated. He became a major enemy of the Legion of Galactic Guardians 2099 of Earth-12772. He traveled to Earth-9602 and attempted to turn Washington, D.C. into ancient Egypt, but was defeated by in the Challengers of the Fantastic.
Absorbing Spider-Boy[]
Kang once tried to absorb the Spider-Boy of Earth-9602, a Nexus of All Realities, to gain access to every reality and timeline. He hired the Frightful Five of Earth-97061 to destroy the Time Square Generator of their reality and distract their Legion of Galactic Guardians 2099 long enough for him to kidnap the time-displaced Spider-Boy. Spider-Boy was, however, saved the intervention of the time traveling Living Lightning Lad.
He later kidnapped the hero from Fantastic Mountain, Earth-9602, and attempted to split him. Once again, however, Kang was stopped by the intervention of a time traveling hero. This time the Spider-Boy of Earth-12772.[4]Attributes

Notes
- Of his two identities, Chronos-Tut, the Time Pharaoh is an amalgam of Rama-Tut and Chronos the Time Thief while Kang, the Time Conquerer is an amalgam of Kang the Conqueror and Time Trapper.[5]
- It has been greatly hinted that Richard Nixon is also incorporated into the amalgamation. When Chronos-Tut is unmasked, he bears a striking resemblance to Nixon and even remarks, "My mother was a saint", a phrase echoing the real-world Nixon’s frequent invocations of his mother’s piety in public discourse.[6]
