History
Chu Chi-Huan was a businessman who participated in the Great Game as a sponsor. His agent, Joystick, initially rose high in the rankings despite her relative lack of experience. However, another sponsor named James Johnsmeyer used the Great Game as a cover to take out his corporate competition. Joystick's major victory against fellow player el Toro Negro was actually a "dive", arranged by Johnsmeyer so that el Toro Negro could assume the role of a "rogue player" and act without it leading back to Johnsmeyer.
Chu Chi-Huan was one of el Toro Negro's targets on Johnsmeyer's behalf. He was kidnapped, dressed up in the costume of the defunct superhero the Scarlet Spider, and left to plummet to his death atop one of the bridges in New York.
