History
Citydweller was a member of the People's Protectorate the team of most powerful heroes of their planet.[2] He was secretly in love with teammate Technocrat, but never told her.[1]
When Qabiri arrived in their reality the team tried to stop him. Qabiri destroyed all cities, in result Citydweller became powerless and quickly died. The rest of his team weren't able to stop Qabiri either and entire reality was destroyed.[1]Attributes
Powers
Environment Connection: Citydweller drew his life force from the energy of cities on Earth. He was able feel the state and "emotions" of all cities on entire planet.[1]

- The People's Protectorate was apparently a pastiche of DC Comics' team The Authority, with Citydweller being seemingly inspired by God of Cities
