Ciudad Lingares was a city located in the island nation of the same name. When M.O.D.O.K. usurped Ultimo's body and confronted Force Works, he threatened to go attack Ciudad Lingares unless Quake, who was piloting the War Machine Armor, didn't engage in "honest combat."[1]
