History

Clan Tatsu were a Yakuza syndicate whose "Mon" (crest) was a dragon's claws firmly grasping a world. It was a syndicate that had an elite force of cyborgs, the Cyburai. They were at war with Clan Yashida due to what happened at a sumo arena, when Iceman and Lady Yashida's ninjas attempted to rescue Lord Tatsu'o's granddaughter and Bobby Drake's girlfriend, Opal Tanaka.
