—Clark Kent[source]Isn't New York fantastic, Lois? Why, it's almost as though you can't turn around without bumping into some hero or other!
Clark Kent is a mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper. He is often seen with his colleague and lady friend, Lois.[2]
History
Clark Kent was a mild-mannered reporter hired by the Daily Bugle to do TV reporting.[3] He was seen regularly delivering news on TV.[4][5] Clark was present at the Bugle's Christmas party.[3] Later, he attended Fifth Avenue to celebrate the holiday with his friend, Lois.[2]
Clark often encountered important super-heroes. He was present at a press conference in Ryker's prision in which Captain America explained that he was going to be voluntarily incarcerated in order to test the prision's security measures.[6]. One day, Clark was accidentally knocked over by a blonde guy whom he thought he recognised as Thor disguised as a regular person.[7] Clark and Lois ended up as Mojoworld spectators, and witnessed a battle between the New Mutants and a brainwashed X-Men. While Lois found the show to be awesome, Clark thought it was terrifying, and he wished he could do something to stop it. Eventually, the heroes defeated Mojo and the spectators' memories of the event were erased.[8]Attributes

Notes
- The character is a homage to the DC Comics character Clark Kent.
Trivia
- There is a secret cameo of Superman in a group shot of the final page of Death of Captain Marvel #1, identified by his unique hairstyle, boots and cape seen below. Future reprints haven't edited him out of the classic image. It is unknown whether Superman and Clark are meant to be the same character in this universe.
Superman in Death of Captain Marvel #1
- There is another Clark Kent homage in Marvels. Since these appearances took place in the 1940s, they should be considered as two individuals.[9]
