History
Cletus Kasady was a dangerous criminal trapped in a cell next to Eddie Brock. When the Venom Symbiote came to free Eddie, the Symbiote gave birth to a new Symbiote that joined Cletus. With his new powers, fueled by his evil tendencies and calling himself "Carnage", he escaped from prison and became an enemy of Spider-Man.[1]
Cosmic Brick Crisis[]
Carnage was one of the inmates that had broken out of Raft during the super villain breakout.[2]
Kang's Invasion[]
Carnage started to feel like the Symbiote was taking over and met up with fellow Symbiote Venom and went to a clinic to get them checked out. However, it turned out that said clinic was a front for The Lizard to capture the two. Carnage then broke Venom out and the two fought the Lizard and escaped, later going to a park and playing Frisbee together.[1]Trivia
- Carnage can be unlocked as a playable character by finding his icon in the game's free-roam city. Gameplay wise, he plays exactly like Venom, with the exception of a "big fig" transformation.
- In certain LEGO Marvel Super Heroes trailers, Carnage is replaced by Venom.
- During some moment of pause in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, Carnage will bring out a teddy bear and hug it. This might be a reference to Binky, Cletus' teddy bear from the Prime Marvel Universe.[3]
