History

The man currently calling himself the Clown is the half-brother of Eliot Franklin, the clown who was part of the Circus of Crime and is now--in mutated form--part of the Gamma Corps as the Griffin. Like Franklin, this Clown has displayed psychopathic and sociopathic traits in the little time he has been on the proverbial radar.

After Franklin stopper wearing the Clown costume, this Clown took it up, using the reputation built by his sibling for his benefit. He has been recruited by the enigmatic anarchist Zodiac as part of a group bent on bringing chaos to other superhumans, heroic or not.
