History

The Code was a galactic moral council that arrested anyone they indicated violated their moral code. They ran a penal colony on an asteroid called Damnation City. One of their prisoners was Dirty Wolff, the leader of the Last Men. Deadpool went to the site to free Dirty Wolff so that the Last Men would then bring him back to Earth.
