History
Cody Driscoll was a high schooler who played on the school's football team. At a high school dance, he noticed Rogue whom he had a crush on. After getting encouragement from his friend Ty, Cody approached Rogue and got her to agree to dance with. Later, Ty pushed Cody to coax him to get closer to her. This ended up causing Ty to fall on top of Rogue.
Cody helped Rogue up when Rogue's power sudden manifested for the first time. She absorbed his life force, leaving Cody comatose for a week. When Cody finally awoke, he found himself in the hospital with Ty beside him.[1]
