History

Jean Romily was a Colonel in the French Air Force who was tasked with arranging France's nuclear testing. He had to travel to Grand Nixon Island as they were the only place on one part of his journey who would allow the plane carrying the bomb to refuel. Jean was insulted by General Kreigkopf and every other person he encountered on G.N.I. simply for being French. Eventually the General tried to take command of the bomb which he planned to drop on Brussels and Jean was forced to escape with the help of the Punisher who dropped the bomb on the island instead. Castle encouraged Jean to claim responsibility and he was promoted for having stopped General Kreigkopf.
