History

Colleen Shore was an executive member of the board of Adametco, the major producer of Adamantium who also had many government contacts as a result. Because of these ties, she was recruited secretly by Moon Knight to be part of his Shadow Cabinet network as an informant. As "Penny Annie", Colleen informed Spector about the corporate buzz surrounding a gala event Victor von Doom was having at the Latverian Embassy. She chatted with Marc Spector when he arrived at the gala that night, apparently unaware of their connection through the Cabinet. Spector got Colleen and his assistant Donna Kraft to safety when the embassy was attacked by terrorists.
