Office boy Hoiman Hinkleberry is fired by his boss J.M. Mooger after he is framed by Butch McGee, a fellow office boy, who drew a mustache on Mooger's office portrait. As Hoiman was leaving he was stopped by Mr. Waterbury who was so impressed with the mustache that he was willing to sign a deal with Mooger right away. Mooger who hated mustaches found himself in a situation but allowed Hoiman to apply fake whiskers to his face. Waterbury and Mooger were able to make a deal while Hoiman fought Butch. The fight was stopped and Mooger rehired Hoiman with a raise for getting him the deal.

- "The Prince of Wails" seems to be the first mention of Vita-Rays in Timely/Marvel. A Vita-Ray Chamber will later be introduced into the origin of Captain America in Captain America #109. It is unknown if Super-Baby has any connection to Project Rebirth.
