The Li'l Professor goes hunting with Rudy the Robot and his nephew Oswald to prove he's a hunter. Not only does he end up killing a bear he catches the notorious criminal Dopey Dan as well.

Synopsis for "By Garbage Bin to Mars"

Splash Morgan has a terrible day starting with his apartment's bathroom being full and getting fired from his boss. Soon afterwards a construction site scheduled for demolition explodes as he hides in a trash can. The can is launched all the way to Mars where he then has to deal with Glurp and Goop two dictators fighting over who's gonna run Mars. Professor Pickens, Splash's friend solves the feud with his trusty toothpick and just when Pickens is getting ideas about ruling himself Splash grabs him and throws him in a trash can. Using some bought Martian dynamite his plan to shoot them back to Earth.

Synopsis for "The Haunted House Hassle"

Junior Gale's father is running for mayor but Mayor Powers and his flunkey Crunch attempt to assassinate him with a bomb. Crunch disguised as an old woman hands off the bomb disguised as a parcel to Junior in an attempt to deliver the bomb to his father. The plan fails when Junior, Gabby, and Muscles return with the bomb in hand to an abandon house where Crunch and other henchmen are hiding out. One of the henchmen unknowing of the plan opens the bomb as the kids are fleeing causing it to explode, seemingly killing Crunch and the other criminals. Junior's Father is then elected mayor and Mayor Powers is arrested seemingly for the assassination plot on Bill Gale.

Synopsis for "The Scourge of Fear!"

Captain Dash and his fleet face off against the invading Marmon and his "black fleet". Marmon attempts to use a fear inducing virus that makes the people of the US too afraid to fight back, but scientists use the blood of Captain Dash, who had a natural immunity, to create a vaccine thus allowing the fleet to defeat Marmon.

Synopsis for "The Aging Plague"

An actresses doctor blackmails her after he used a serum that affected her appearance by falsely aging her. Silver Scorpion figures out the plot and puts the sinister crime to rest by defeating "Mr. Black" and giving the actress the antidote, curing her of ghastly appearance.

Synopsis for "V Battalion"

Citizen V visits the V-Battalion who together target some Nazi tanks. Citizen V is knocked out and taken prisoner but is freed by the battalion. Soon after a Nazi commander announces that they will shoot one hundred hostages unless Citizen V surrenders. Citizen V visits the commander that night and makes a mockery of him and then forces him at gunpoint to call off the murders. For good measure and a bit of blackmail Citizen V then paints a large red "V" on his chest before leaving and noting that the gun he used to threaten the commander, the commander's gun, was unloaded.

The following day Citizen V ambushes a passing Nazi train containing dozens of RAF pilots. He fights his way through the train and frees the pilots. Together they make their way to a Nazi airbase where Citizen V makes a false announcement of British bombers incoming and that they should take cover. The Nazi's flee and hide while the RAF pilots steal the Nazi planes but before leaving they drop bombs intended for England on the airfield blowing it up along with the Nazi presence there.

Synopsis for "The Magic Cutlass"

While exploring the Atlantic the Fin spots a ship graveyard and investigates. There is finds a magical cutlass that seems to be impervious to damage. Taking to cutlass to New York he is jumped by a group of sailors that take him to their ship to be forced into joining their crew. While meeting the captain of the S.S. Alwater the Fin is able to reacquire the cutlass. Cutting through the crew he forces a confession out of the captain that they were working for the Nazis at a nearby cove. The Fin leaves the ship to head off the Nazis but before doing so sabotages the S.S. Alwater making it unable to make any real ground.

At the secret cove the Nazis are using the Fin sees an Italian freighter and commandeers its radio to call to the Nazis with fake information "they" could provide. The Nazi U-Boats make surface near the freighter and the Fin begins using his cutlass to make short work of the U-Boats. Making his way back to the Alwater Fin calls the Coast Guard and informs them of the submarines as well as the Alwater ensure any survivors will be taken into custody.
