History

The Committee was a gang led by Smasher. A member of the gang developed a chemical substance that created temporary blindness and with it they tried to rob all those who were blind, until Daredevil intervened, for whom the substance had no effect, together with a small group of blind citizens who defeated Smasher and all the members of the Committee.

Notes

Described in the entry of the Committe on Appendix, it says that George is not clearly identified, but on a panel a gang member says clearly "hit them with the stick, George", and the only one with the stick is the one with the beard and the yellow shirt
