History

El Condor was a revolutionary operating in Delvadia who named himself after a past revolutionary from the 1930s of the same name that fought in the Delvadian Civil War. As part of his mission, he kidnapped U.S. ambassador Jerome Villiers. When he was attacked by a posse led by representative Keith Bayard, he defeated the posse with his men and captured Bayard.

He was about to use helicopters to liberate his people, but was opposed by Daredevil. During the fight, a lightning bolt struck the mountain they were fighting in front of, unleashing an rock slide. Daredevil was able to get to safety, but Condor was buried by the rocks and killed.
