History

A member of the House of Representatives, Congressman Bellard was secretly a communist, and ordered some of his men to kidnap a colleague of him, to stop the production of a "Supertank". After Kent Blake exposed the imposter, and survived an attack, he found out that Bellard was the mastermind behind this and killed him.
