Owner of the Craps Casino, intimidated by the Maggia.
When organized crime syndicate Maggia tried to incorporate Las Vegas in their empire, they attempted to assassinate the most successful casino owner in the city, Michael Berengetti of Coliseum Casino, and sabotage his business, as he had resisted their intimidation. Maggia then bought the Royal Grand Hotel and Casino and demanded that the other casino and business owners attended a meeting there, where Maggia would present their extortion details. The owner of the Craps refused to go and, when Maggia heard of it, they sent a superhuman enforcer, one of the Persuaders, to change his mind. The Persuader attacked the owner's chauffer, then attacked the owner himself, to convince him to attend. However, although Maggia had subdued the casino owners, Berengetti and his own superhuman enforcer Mr. Fixit attended the meeting, Fixit fought the Persuaders, then the casino owners made bets on who would win.[1] Fixit eventually had the Maggia leave Las Vegas, permanently.[2]

the events related to the Royal Grand meeting, several Las Vegas casino owners met to conspire against Berengetti due to him getting rid of crime thanks to Mr. Fixit, while the other casinos were flooded by troublemakers who could not thrive in the Coliseum. One of these casino owners, who was not identified, had a facial hair consistent with the Craps owner.[3]
